I'm Looking to buy a gas scooter about 49cc or less that is cheap but very durable (around $200-350) What would you people say has the best welding scooter and best put together!!

Down here in florida the cheapest is 1.73!!!! and to think that barley 2 months ago the prices were like 4.36!!!!!!! so whats the cheapest gas price where u live?????
